Compare the best St. Lucia All Inclusive Resorts
Trying to decide which resort in St. Lucia is the right fit for you? We compare the two most popular options: Windjammer Landing vs. Coconut Bay.

Windjammer Landing:
This resort offers an all-inclusive or breakfast only option. The benefit of this is that the food (and drinks!) is generally much better than your typical all-inclusive resort. It's a bit of a drive from the local airport (about 90 minutes) but this allows you to reach the clear Caribbean water which you won't find at Coconut Bay. The villas at Windjammer Landing are spacious and some even have their own private pools. However, the villas are built on a hillside and walking to and from them can be quite daunting. The onsite shuttles, though, come frequently and make the trip easier.

Best for: Families who are willing to pay a little extra for that authentic, Caribbean experience with excellent food and drinks.

Coconut Bay Resort:
This budget friendly all-inclusive resort offers the perfect mix of family activities including a waterpark, paintball and even a petting zoo! While the food isn't as great as Windjammer Landing, you'll find plenty of solid options at its various restaurants. Coconut Bay is located only 5 minutes from the airport, making it perfect for families traveling with small children. Keep in mind, it's located on the Atlantic Ocean which can mean seaweed covered beaches and no watersports. This may not bother you though if your kids tend to spend most of their vacation in the swimming pools & waterparks.

Best for: Families who are looking for a budget friendly option with a wide variety of activities for the kids.
